Job : RECEPTIONIST/COMPUTER OPERATOR
Job Background:
Our Company is a commercial entity duly registered under the law. Our main business object is to offer financial support and assistance to businessmen and women, traders and artisans, under our business support fund.
This financial support is in form of loans and credit advance which is strictly for business purposes, to support the growth of our customers’ businesses. These financial supports are offered at low interest rates and without the rigorous requirements for collateral security as demanded by commercial banks and lenders. These financial supports are then repaid instalmentally over a period of 1 – 3 months, depending on the customers’ capacity. Modes of repayment are daily or weekly. Our principal office is located here in Ketu, with our head office in Ikeja. We therefore require the services of the following staff employees:
Job Description:
The main duties of the Computer Operator/Receptionist are as follows:
- Will serve as the customer service in our office in relation to all customers. Therefore, the Computer Operator/Receptionist is to attend to all customers and ensure that all their enquiries are well and promptly attended to.
- To provide account-opening forms, create new accounts for customers, check account balance/details and keep all official records.
- To respond to all telephone and email inquiries by new and existing customers.
- Generally to serve as data entry officer in respect of all old and new customers, as well as for staff.
- To canvass and secure customers.
- To clean, sweep and take good care of the office along with others and to ensure that the office environment is formal, neat and tidy AT ALL TIMES.
- Any other duties as Management may direct from time to time.
Requirements For Applicants:
- Minimum of OND/NCE
- Must have good computer skills (preferably in desktop publishing).
- Must have good customer relations skills and ability to confidently and adequately respond to all customers’ enquiries.
- Must have good marketing, persuasive and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in designs and in internet use.
- Must have minimum of 1-year working experience in similar capacity.
- Ability to speak Yoruba fluently is a must.
- Must provide a responsible and substantial guarantor living in Lagos State.
Working Hours:
- Mondays – Fridays = 7.30am to 7.00pm
- Saturdays = 10.00am to 4.00pm
Remuneration:
- Salary: N40,000 per month
