- mobile money services as Quickteller agent
- bulk recharge cards vending and marketing other financial services We therefore require the services of the following staff employees:

- Responsibilities Of Admin Assistant
The preferred candidate will generally supervise and coordinate all our activities at the Ketu Branch and report to the Admin Officer. Specifically, the Admin Assistant will:
- Generally supervise and manage the day-to-day affairs and running of the Ketu office to ensure that the business runs smoothly;
- Supervise and control all other staffs to ensure discipline and efficiency
- Coordinate and vet all account opening processes of all our new customers;
- Supervise and manage all our customers’ accounts;
- Monitor and vet collection of deposits and loans repayments;
- Ensure all customers who obtain loans pay back timely , according to agreed payment schedules;
- Meet with leaders and members of market associations and unions for the purpose of marketing our products and services to them;
- Serve as the liaison officer with all our partners, suppliers and dealers;
- Monitor the marketing of our bulk recharge cards to vendors, suppliers and retailers;
- Take every necessary steps and opportunities for the growth and development of the Ketu Branch;
- Ensure that the office is kept neat, tidy, formal and business-like every minute of the day;
- Generally ensure the growth and development of all our products and services;
- Any other duty the Management may assign.
- Requirements and Skills
- OND, male or female, with ability to deliver.
- Preferably living in Ketu and environs
- Must be computer literate
- Must be fluent in Yoruba language
- Must be able to provide TWO (2) responsible guarantors.
- Must be aggressive in development and result-oriented.
- Must be able to meet and surpass assigned targets.
- Previous work experience in marketing, accounts, financial services, and/or administration is an asset.
- Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday= = 7.30am to 6.00pm
Saturdays= 10.00am to 4.00pm(Only Bank holidays/FG declared holidays are observed)
- Salary
Forty Thousand Naira (N60,000.00) per month.
